He calls the devil villains that deem his brother and says he will let them have the key to the fortune. In the end, Nick gets his brother back, but the burial vault ended up beingness empty. My novel had multiple themes throughout the entire story. The titanic theme of The Falcons Malteser is that people should not hold greed to control the movemen ts in their lives. Many villains in the book! allowed greed to control their actions and that place them in jail. The characters in the book learned that even though you may obtain the five million dollar fortune you may get killed or framed while you are at it.
